Service Opportunities
YG SMALL GROUP LEADER
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Cultivate a welcoming space where students feel safe to share and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other
Facilitate discussion towards a lifestyle of faith: ask questions and create opportunities to enrich dialogue
Get to know your students and their parents relationally inside and outside of the church building
Follow the provided Small Group materials to aid in your preparation of weekly lessons
Commit to praying with your group and for each other
Follow-up with students & parents with both attendance and milestones
SUNDAY LEADER (MS & HS)
Sunday Mornings 9am
Cultivate a welcoming space where students feel safe to share and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other

CAFE TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Facilitate meaningful conversations and build relationships with students
Run the cash register behind the cafe and promote the sales of food, candy, and drinks
Keep running inventory of what is in stock, what needs to be ordered, and report these numbers weekly
Restock food, candy, and drink supplies as needed
Keep Cafe area neat and clean
WELCOME TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Cultivate a welcoming environment by serving as primary greeter for students & parents by offering high fives, hugs, and smiles
Facilitate meaningful conversations and build relationships with students
Check in students and track attendance numbers via ACS Realm
Be available to give new students tours of the facility & direct them to their SGLs or staff
Be ready to answer questions from students & parents about the ministry
EVANGELISM & Prayer TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Facilitate meaningful conversations and build relationships with students
Ask students questions about their faith, ask for prayer requests & intentionally share gospel truths within conversations
Pray over students, adult volunteers, and ministry spaces (before and during programming)
Pay attention to students who seem isolated and help them plug into games or conversations with leaders and peers
MEDIA TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Bring creative excellence through photography, videography, and other media skills.
Build relationships with students and train interested students in different media skills.
Help student staff to facilitate social media platforms.
Rec TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Run the games area each week such as basketball, ping pong, foosball, pool, 9-square, volleyball, board games, etc.
Pay attention to students who seem isolated and help them plug into games or conversations with leaders and peers
Manage game equipment and report any losses/damages to staff at the end of the night
Facilitate meaningful conversations and build relationships with students
SECURITY TEAM
Wednesday Nights 6pm-9pm
Seek to engage students who seem isolated/alone in conversations and games with leaders/peers
Make frequent, roaming walks of facility (including bathrooms) to check for any safety/security issues
Manage student drop-off and pick-up in CPC parking lot to ensure student safety
Report any safety/security issues/concerns to Student Staff immediately
Projects Team
(Event Based)
Help with food prep
Help with set-up and tear-down for larger ministry events
Help design and execute aesthetic elements for special ministry events
Help staff with event-specific tasks for Christmas Jam, Elevate Weekend, Graduate Banquet, Spring Fling and etc
