1. I am a brand new dad to a big beautiful baby boy!

2. I’ve been loving and leading the next generation (both kids & students) for over a decade!

3. I am an avid consumer of Mexican food!

WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY: 

I love Student Ministry because it is so formational — students begin to own their faith and learn how to defend it!

1. I thrive in community and can often be found doing my favorite things alongside my favorite people!

2. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, we have one amazing little girl!

3. I enjoy reading and writing in my free time!

WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY: 

I love calling out the potential each student has, that they may not even see in themselves. Seeing how they use the unique gifts God has given them have to further the kingdom is one of my greatest blessings.

1. I met my husband working summer camp and we have a golden retriever puppy named Sammy!

2. I have a lot of hobbies and I love trying new ones!

3. My favorite spot is Wrightsville Beach at sunrise! Nothing compares

WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY: 

I came to know Jesus through the student ministry at my church growing up and want to be part of what God is doing in this generation!

MY FAVORITE MOVIE:

You’ve Got Mail. I could watch it every day and never get tired of it!

1. I am originally from West Virginia, where I went to University of Charleston (UCWV) and obtained my marketing degree!

2. Some of my favorite Christian influences are Billy Graham, Adrian Rogers, and Greg Laurie.

3. I love to golf and play Catan with my friends in my free time.

WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY: 

Having not grown up going to church, serving in student ministry allows me the chance to do the things I missed out on growing up. I also love pouring into students and helping them not make the same mistakes I made when I was their age.

1. I grew up at Scotts Hill (over 30 years) and it is home to me!

2. My husband is the worship pastor here, and we have 2 kids who keep us busy.

3. I love caring for people, and if I know your birthday, I will probably never forget it.

WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY: 

I love watching students grow closer to the Lord. I love that it is a safe space for students to come to. I love to see how leaders sacrifice time to pour into the lives of students. It was such a pivotal time for me when I was a teenager!

FAVORITE HOLIDAY:

Christmas - hallmark movies all year long!!
