YG Student Leader

Here at YG we believe in STUDENTS LEADING STUDENTS! We encourage you to take ownership of Wednesday Nights. Bring your ideas, your energy, and your gifts to the table to help make Youth Group a place where people are welcomed & Jesus is glorified!

Worship & Production Team

Whether you are ready to rock the stage or prefer to stay behind the scenes, our corporate worship services couldn't happen without you! We want to see God use you and stretch you in your gifts and talents as well as help you discover passions you never knew you had. Come see what makes worship & production so special at Scotts Hill!

Kids Team

It's never too early to start learning about God and His word. You can play a big role in sharing the love of Jesus with kids here at Scotts Hill! Our kids ministry wants you to partner with Adult Leaders to lead and love kids on Sunday mornings. Modeling your faith in front of these kids each week will go a long way in showing them how to follow God with their own lives!
On the Kids Team you’ll assist adult leaders in teaching and discipling kids, build loving relationships with kids in your class, and grow in your own faith as you lead.
*Sunday Mornings at 9:15a & 11a service hours

ONE. Membership

If you are wanting to serve, step #1 is making sure you’ve gone through all the steps of our church membership processes first! This includes (1) completing the Membership Matters class (2) Meeting with a church elder (3) Baptism! Once you’ve completed all three membership steps, you’ll be ready to jump into serving.

TWO. Commitment

Being committed to Christian community and accountability is SO IMPORTANT as a leader. Christian community helps us to grow in our faith, support us through life’s highs and lows and help hold us accountable in the times when sin starts to get the best of us. In order to make sure that all of our student leadership team is healthy, connected and supported, we require consistent commitment to attending YG and being active in Wednesday night small groups.
